ISEP is an international community dedicated to supporting students from all backgrounds and perspectives. We have a shared commitment to providing access to different cultures, identities and points of view. Together, we work to overcome the barriers that many students face to studying abroad.
As an integral part of their interest in living in another country and culture, Founders Fellows are committed to learning and improving their ability to speak, read and understand another language. Founders Fellows believe living, studying and engaging in another culture will broaden their perspectives and allow them to have an even greater understanding of the language of their host country.
To qualify for the ISEP Founders Fellowship, you must have a demonstrated financial need.
You are encouraged to apply and incorporate your personal story into your application if you identify with a group that is traditionally underrepresented in study abroad, including any of the following:

- You’re an ethnic, racial or religious minority in your home country
- You have a disability
